Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm

Roll Call was held with the following present: Nancy Williams, President; Vicki Konen, Vice President; Robert Malchetski, Treasurer; Steve Klika, Secretary; Norman Williams, Family Member; Barb Williams, Family Member; Kevin Block, Board Member; Chad Holdorf, Board Member; Robert Lyon

Reading of last meetings minutes was held and approved. Motion by Kevin and seconded by Chad.

Reading of treasurer report by Bob was held and approved. Motion by Steve and seconded by Norm.

New Issues:
Raffle Tickets/Prizes
- Discussion of prize amounts was held. It was decided that a total of $1,250 be given out in prize money. Motion by Steve and seconded by Norm.

Review of Scholarship Applications
- All foundation members present were given copies of all scholarship applications for review.

Scholarship Winners
This year’s scholarship winners are as follows:
- Brooke Siewert (Markesan)
- Samantha Gajdosik (Berlin)

Applicant Guideline Discussion
A review of by-laws was held in regards to next year’s requirements and selection process of scholarship applicants.
- Applicant deadline date was move up to April 15th.
- Application forms will include additional information (year graduated, high school attended, and parents name).
- Forms are in PDF format and can be downloaded from website.
- Next year’s applicant selection to be held on May 4th, 2009.

Mandatory Meeting
A mandatory meeting will be held on October 6th, 2009, for election of officers.

Old Issues:
Brat Fry/Bake Sale
Fund raiser is set for Saturday, May 9th, 2009, at Berlin Walmart from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Remember to bring your bake goods.


Next Meeting has been scheduled for October 6th, 2009, with a place yet to be determined.
