THE BRUCE WILLIAM’S MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION

What is it?

This foundation is separate from the Berlin Blue Knights; although tied together by leadership.  Forming this new foundation has been a goal for some time. Upon completion, this foundation will take in a majority of the monies raised by the Blue Knights, as well as the Goose Gala Softball, and other sources.  It will remain a sheltered location for all of the charitable income; the foundation will also administer the scholarships on a yearly basis.  Hopefully, this foundation will outlast all of us and carry Bruce’s name and corresponding scholarship for many years to come. 

How to YOU  get involved ?

Unlike the Berlin Blue Knights, ANYONE can become a member of the Scholarship foundation.  For a $20.00 donation anyone can become a voting member in the foundation, which will have, as few as, two meetings per year. The only other obligation, may be a foundation fund raiser ( for tax purposes the foundation must not rely solely on the Blue Knights or Goose Gala ). This fundraiser could be a bake sale, a car wash, raffle, or anything the foundation decides on.
