a) Adopt Bylaws
a. Bylaws were presented by K.Block for review by anyone in attendance.
b. Motion to adopt the bylaws by Vicki Konen, Second by Mike Timm, Verbal vote, motion carried. Bylaws Approved.
b) Election for Board of Directors
a. Nomination by Mark Trochinski of Nancy Williams to represent the Williams Family, Nomination Carried.
b. Nomination by K. Block of Vicky Konen to represent the Softball/Goose Gala. Nomination Carried.
c. Nomination by Mark Trochinski of Bob Malchetske to represent general public. Nomination Carried.
d. Also to include the current officer of the Berlin Blue Knights.
c) Adopt Articles of Incorporation
a. Motion by Wendy Seaman to adopt the Article of Incorporation. Second by Chris K. No further discussion. Motion Carried.
New Business
A) Discussion of possible fund raising activities for the foundation. Cash Raffle and Brat Fry
